The ownership of the hospital is within the company, and Medical Park manages its operations. The total investment amount for the relevant project is 50,000,000 EUR, with 60% financed by equity and 40% by long-term investment loans. The construction of the hospital, overseen and managed by partners with extensive experience in the real estate sector, was carried out within the company.
The hospital has a total capacity of 198 beds, including 58 intensive care beds, 2 angiography rooms, a post-angiography recovery room with 14 beds, and 12 suite rooms, with 19 dedicated to newborns. It is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including 13 operating rooms and 3 delivery rooms. The imaging unit aims to provide the best service with the latest technology devices such as a 1.5 Tesla MRI, 128-slice CT, virtual angiography unit, and 4D ultrasound. The Radiation Oncology unit, with 2 intensity-modulated LINAC radiation therapy devices and a 10-bed chemotherapy unit, aspires to be one of Turkey's advanced oncology centers, effectively treating cancer, a significant concern in the community and the region.
